Ok this is what I did:
I found the path to be: http://yoursite.com/members-directory/name/xxxx-xxxx/
(the xxx-xxx being whatever the member’s name is) and then all I did was make my page/post about that member and linked the name to that. Voila … the member’s profile comes straight up. :)
