I think it is definitely a doc root issue. The doc root will not be the same as CN_PATH. You can use the beginning portion of the path to help define the correct full path. I can tell you is that from the wp-content/... and on will NOT be part of the doc root. In you particular case, I’m not sure if /~colleeo3/wordpress/ will be or not be part of the doc root.
