“Hiding” an email behind a link wouldn’t prevent harvesting. My understanding is that harvesters are more than sufficient at parsing an email link in a page. There are two solutions, one of which is available, The ROT13 Email Encryption extension. The email is still displayed, encrypted, which is decrypted in the site visitors browser. The other would be the Contact extension, that I had hoped to have released months ago. When released, it’ll allow emailing the entry directly without exposing the email at all.
