You have two options.

First since the logo and its placeholder is shown by default and the photo is not unless one is uploaded; you could not upload a photo.

If you want to upload a photo, you could set it to be Not Displayed after uploading it.

If you need it displayable for other purposes you can use this shortcode option with the cMap template:
[connections tray_image='none']
