Not sure I can be of any help since it seems to be a local lan issue. Is blocking content of the entire site or just the two entries in the member directory?

Beta I can suggest is opening the page in Chrome, hit the F12 key and then click the console tab. It’ll report all errors. Maybe the errors will help you figure it out.
