No, the Pro addons are not subscription-based. The support license keys will not automatically renew; no surprise charges.

Pro add-ons come with Pro Support and updates for the first year, starting from the date of purchase. Annually, you may optionally renew your support license key to continue receiving updates for your Pro addons and access to Pro Support.

We offer something better than a demo. Connections Business Directory is a completely free plugin available in the WordPress repository. While it does not contain the Pro addons functionality, it is extremely powerful in its own right. Give it a try, and come back when you’re ready to extend its base functionality with the Pro addons.

Support license keys connect your site to ours, allowing us to send you automatic updates if your license key is in good standing. It also gives you access to our Pro Support team.

Plugin updates will be automatically delivered to your website once your support license key is activated, like any other WordPress plugin.

Pro Support is provided through a support ticketing system that you can access in your account.

You can upgrade your purchase at any time.

If you choose not to renew your support license, you can continue using the Connections Pro addons for as long as you like, but you will no longer receive addon updates and access to Pro Support.

Please note that we can not guarantee how long addons will work without updates because WordPress and plugins change over time, so we strongly suggest you keep a valid license.
