First of all, your support is top notch, and I really appreciate it.

We are getting closer! I have adjusted for the overlay, and that has worked to an extent. See the below two images (185x400px for test 2, 184x350px for test 3). This has solved the proportion issue as the images are now the correct proportion, but they are still being cropped/zoomed in, regardless of whether I select “no cropping” or not. I would like the staff’s heads to have a little more breathing room, and for people to not have their hair or neckline cut off.

Let me know if you have suggestions on how to accomplish this!
