I am currently building a mapping API into Connections which is service provider neutral. Long overdo. One of the addons I have planned is to finailly, after many years, work on building something like this.

Yes, this is possible … there was a day before theme page builders Connections did this automagically but know that theme page builders store the page layout in the page content it is no longer possible to clear the page to only display the profile info without also clearing the theme page builder layout.
What you need to do is create a second page. The page name and whether or not it is a child page of the Doctors page does not matter, but for SEO purposes, I recommend naming the page “Doctor” and making it a child page of you “Doctors” page.
In the page content use this shortcode:
[connections home_id=X]
Where X is the page ID of the existing “Doctors” page. You can get the ID by editing the “Doctors” page. The ID will be in the browser’s address bar.
While editing the “Doctors” page add home_id=X where X is the new “Doctor” page.
