There are a few string which are template specific and have shortcode options available to use to change them. Here is the link to a FAQ on how to use these options:

Here’s an example shortcode showing how to change the “Select Category” string:

[connections str_select="Change Me Select Category" str_select_all="Change Me Show All"]

You add these options to the existing shortcode, not as a second instance of the shortcode on the page.
