If I recall both WhatsApp and WeChat are tied to the users mobile number and not a user ID like messenger platforms of days past. ICQ is still an available chat platform and can not be removed without breaking any installs of Connections where users have added ICQ user ID/s. I’m not too keen in the idea of removing the data from those installs.

ps. Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Fieldset Config tab. Scroll down to the “Instant Messaging Fieldset” and tweak the available Type options as desired.
