Reply To: csv import wont import a connections csv

I would not doubt its the theme, the company opted to hire an outside source to redo the intranet over having me do it in house as the last one. I believe the theme chosen by everyone and some of the custom/plugins do not cooperate well. One of the reasons I am setting up this backup test site.
I want to recreate the issues.
