That element is created by the Chosen library which is used to enhance select drop downs so width value is calculated and generated on creation. There is not a way for me to add the !important flag. If you can share a link to the affected page I can probably determine the conflicting CSS and give you a CSS override to correct it.

Thanks for the tralsations! I saved it with the source files so it’ll be included in any updates.
