Yes, with the Link extension which came as part of your purchase of the Extension Pack. You should review the configuration instructions in order to allow you users to update their own info. One note, since you are creating the entry with the name, you must also add their WP users address email and it must match exactly. That way when the user logs in, they will be able to edit their entry.
