Reply To: Embed error while add new

The webpage has confidential information and can’t be shared.

The word-press page which has the connection database has no errors when using the Form (I will call it the original page).

I embedded this original page into another webpage using iframe. When using the form through it, the user gets an error “Unknown error has occurred!” and the entry will go to the database.
