Sorry, no, this is not possible at this time. This is asked for from time to time so it is on my feature request list.
RE: I am using the ‘blog’ and would like to change the title to ‘Contact’ I have tried to change the string but it doesn’t seem possible, I tried str_blog=”Contact” but it didn’t work. Is this possible I have been able to make other changes.
The reason the shortcode option did not work is because that is not a supported option. The supported options can be found in the Circled docs, here. That said, you can still change the label. That too is covered in the doc I linked to, here’s the link to how you can change nearly all labels/text in Connections.
