Have you made sure to enable the Google Maps API in the API Console as outlined in the doc?

Looking at the error messages in your screenshot, the error is MissingKeyMapError which means no API was supplied.

I also see that there is two instances of the API being loaded, it is possible the second one that is being loaded is being loaded without an api key. Check you other plugins and theme settings to see any require an api key. If one does, use your browser api key for the other plugin/theme.
