There is no relation between and individual entry type and an organization entry type. The only real difference between the two is the name field.

I do have a freely available tool for advanced users/developers which only allows a user to only select previously entered organizations when adding an individual. You can download the code from here:

re: Can I clone entries?

Yes, very easily. On the Connections : Manage admin screen, hover over the name of the entry you wish to copy. The entry actions will be displayed the name. One of those ation is Copy. Clicking copy will copy that entry into a new entry.
