Could you better define “crash”? More specifically what was the actual result? Any error messages?

What version of cMap? Is it the latest? is it “stock”? Meaning, have there been any edit made to it? Have you created any custom override files? Do you have any code snippets added to your site for Connections or cMap?

Did you recently apply any other updates when this started?

Can you share the link to the directory page?
