Michael ChuchroI updated connections from the most recent version prior to 8.6.8. I only have the one file manager plugin installed, its Version: 4.1.6 by Author: aihimel. As for testing I did a plugin conflict test by deactivating and activating each plugin one by one to see when the problems reoccur. Everytime the issues reappeared when Connections was activated and they go away when connections is deactivated.
After your response I went and installed a copy of the site on a different host godaddy to AWS Lightsail. I was unable to replicate the issues on the lightsail instance, everything worked fine. I called godaddy and spent a lot of time with them trying to trouble shoot the problem. The checked the wpconfig and .htacces file along with the console logs. Asside from a few adjustments they made, which did not resolve the issues, the problems still persist. The console also was not showing any errors except for one, a Google page speed error when trying to load an image.
I will send you some login credentials so you can see the issues replicated. This is the production instance on godaddy.
