There is no shortcode. There is just one checkbox in the settings to enable.
Navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Display tab. Scroll down to the Result List Actions section and enable the “Submit New Entry” option. You can optionally drag and drop the actions in the order you prefer. Lastly, click the Save Changes button.
Form simply lets your site visitors submit entries to the directory. If that is all you are planning to do, that one checkbox is all you need to do.
However…
Now, you said “for users to enter info to the Directory“. Do you mean to let your registered WP users to add and maintain their own directory entry? If that is the case, you will also need the Link extension. If that is you plan, then you would not enable that checkbox in the Form instructions, as noted in the Tip in the instructions. You would only need to follow the configuration instructions for Link. (You could do both as that is exactly what some people want to do, but most want to let just their users add and edit their own entry.
