Sorry, no, not this time. What can be done… you can export your users user a user export plugin. For example the Export User Data plugin. This is not an endorsement of this plugin, just the first one that popped up in a quick Google search.

You can then edit the data as needed in the CSV file and import it using the CSV Import extension.

It may be a little more cumbersome to do, but it could be good… Entries in Connections need a first and last name which are not required for WP user accounts so you may find many or most of you users will need to have that added before you can import.
