The only way to do this is to edit the core PHP ../includes/shortcode/class.shortcode-connections.php file.

You would have to move line 203 to after the body or footer.

Making this change would not be update safe, meaning after every update you would have to make the same change. Additionally I have no clue how this affect functionality or compatibility in Connections and it add-ons.
