Technically, something like this would be possible. It would require a custom template as there is nothing “out of box” currently available for this type of use. The biggest issue is see is the all on one page aspect. Depending on how many total entries you are displayed org + their contacts could cause page loading issues. This is not really a Connections issue, anything that needs a lot of db access would cause the same issues. So, for something smallish, no problem.
