Well, technically, it is possible but it requires that you edit the PHP of the template.

The file you need to edit is card.php found in this folder:
../wp-content/plugins/connections-circled/

You would remove the code for the bio and copy the code for the org info and links from the card-single.php file found in the same folder.

If you decide to edit the template, please read the tutorial on custom template override files so your changes are update safe.
