LisaNext Issue: Problems with the Import Extension
I originally had the information in a Google Sheet, but exported it to Excel CSV so I could more easily work with is. It was always a CSV and never saved as an excel file.
If Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc are recommended or required to use for this Import extension, then the documentation should say that and advise against using an Excel CSV file.
This is a non-issue now because after many attempts to upload the information unsuccessfully, I gave up on the issue and manually entered the information because it was taking too much time to try and use the “shortcut” that I had purchased.
I just wanted to let you know of the issue. The documentation should be improved to make the process easier to complete without having to request support to be able to use the extension.
Not thrilled with this purchase.
