My guess is that the theme uses shortcodes to do custom page layouts. Doe this theme have a visual editor of any kind? If it does, I might have to add this theme to a theme compatibility exclusion in Connections so on the profile file pages it does not strip all other shortcodes from the page content. Connections does this to prevent duplicate entries to be shown if the user put the shortcode on the page multiple times.
