I logged in and and the test user was set as admin, so I switched it to be a subscriber. I then added a directory entry for the user on their directory admin profile page. I got there from the add your directory link on the Members page which is added by Link.
I then visited then the My Profile page and the Edit My Entry link does show, right above the orange button. It also displays on the Members page above the directory where it should.
So, that seems to function just fine in my testing on your site. To test further I could install User Switching and test actual users, but if it works with the test user, it should work for the others too.
Now, Form. I activated it and verified its configuration, which seems fine but for some reason WordPress was not loading its script on the page. I made a very slight tweak and now it works fine. I was able to make edits to the test user in the frontend. I left Form activated.
Hope that helps!
ps. When WordFence is activated on the site, every page load for when users are logged in or not generates this error message. The site seems to work fine but it should not have this error. I just wanted to bring this to your attention since I noticed it.
