Thanks so much for your prompt response, Steve. I’m sorry to be taking so much of your time. We’re getting there, but it seems that if I use show_alphaindex=’true’ show_alphahead=’true’ they apply only to the last_name and not to the organization. Also, that CSS overide works for the name; is there something like that I can use to make the organization larger?
