It is already using Connections, an older version of it, but it is still the Connections plugin. I see you also have older versions of the Form extension and Market template.
Now, I see the other links on the page are not using Connections and they appear to be directory like info. If it is this info you want to use Connections for, sorry, but you will have to add it into Connections because there is not a way to import WordPress posts and categories into Connections. You will have to re-add it manually. It might be possible to export the existing data as a CSV file, but you would still have a lot of work to clean up the CSV file so it could be imported into Connections.
