Thank you very much. Just need one clarification, I might have 50 entry category one, 75 category two, 100 category three etc.all in the same file. For the sake of brevity would the following be correct, BTW I did mean importing:))

Category One,

Category One,

Category One,

Category Two,

Category Two,

Category Three,

Categpru Three, etc, in other words a comma with each entry

in the category field.
