What you need to do is create a “Results” page … the page name can be anything you want. The “Results” page should contain only the [connections] shortcode with no options. Then you need to set this new “Results” page as the directory home page. Now on your “Our Team” add the force_home='true' shortcode option to each of the shortcode instances on the page. Now when a link in clicked, it’ll resolve to the new directory home page where the [connections] shortcode exists once so the entry will be only displayed once.
