Actually, without a link to the page, it’s impossible to say. My best guess is the content entered within those fields are using header tags like <h1>. The Bio and notes headers are wrapped in an <h4> tag. My first suggestion would be to make sure that the headers within those fields are set to <h5> tags. These sizes of these headers are being set by the theme.
