In short, you need to update the Tile Plus 4.0.2. The version that is currently installed is 1.0.1. You can freely download the update from your purchase history. The way templates are installed has dramatically changed since you purchase Tile Plus, take a look at this page for the installation instructions.
Searching for country and zip codes can be handled a couple of ways. The first is to limit the search input to only those fields on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Search tab. The second, you can enable the country and postal code linking options on the Connections : Settings admin page under the advanced tab. This will turn those parts of the address into links that when clicked will filter the list by the country or zip clicked.
