To use it you would save a MO file from Poedit. These are usually created automatically when saving the PO file. If it is not, you need to turn this option back on in the Poedit settings.

After you have the PO and MO file, you would copy them into this folder:

../wp-content/plugins/connections-widgets/languages/

Oh, I noticed the file you sent is missing the translation for No Anniversaries Today.
