sorry for the delay.
My problem ist solved. It was caused by:
http://connections-pro.com/faqs/cforms-ii/

I think it is worth mentioning that cForms now contains a function in global settings to “repair error with TinyMCE caused by other plugins”. Activating this option worked for me.
(Even though I do not want to blame ANY side to have “caused” this issue.)
