Honestly, I do not know … I’ve never tested. Looking thru the code (emails are sent using a core WordPress function) it does not appear so. You can try separating them by either and comma or semicolon and test it but I’m pretty certain the emails would fail to send. I would have to added the logic necessary to send to multiple recipients. Best I can do for now is log this as a feature request.
