Reply To: Increase character limit in Department field

I also want to change how the title for Work Phone appears. When I have chosen for it to be listed as an organisation, they wouldn’t list their phone number as Work Phone and Fax number as Work Fax. It would be something like ‘Phone number’, ‘Main Switchboard’, or simply ‘Tel’. The options at the moment only really cater for an individual or a family not an organisation.

How can I change this please?!
