The version of cMap you’re using is about a year old and needs updated to run with the latest version of Connections.

The character index a year ago never linked to anything. They were simple in page links to jump to the corresponding letter group within the list on the current result page. There was a release nearly a year ago that made these true links which filter the results by the character that was clicked but to take advantage of this, you need the updated version of the cMap template.

This can be downloaded from your purchase history if the license is current.
