A third party dev is working on an export extension for Connections. I don’t know what the his current status is as I haven’t heard back for a few weeks now, but hopefully it’ll be available for sale soon.

Right now, the only real option is to use phpMyAdmin or similar tool and export the data out as a CSV file from there. Maybe that’ll suit your needs.
