Two options…

One, go to the Connections : Templates admin page and activate the Names template under the All template type.

Two, use this shortcode to override the active template with the Names template:
[connections template="names"]

Now, if you do that, clicking on a name will still use the Names template so I really suggest this setup…

Use option one from above.
While on the Connections : Templates admin page activate the desired template under both the Individual and Organization templates types. The Bio Entry Card is a good choice.
Now, go to the Connections : Settings page and check the Single Entry option under the Display tab.
