Assuming it’s a conflict, somehow, you’ll have to deactivate plugins one at a time to see if the issue goes away. Check after each deactivation.

If it still doesn’t work correct, the conflict could be with the theme. You could send me a copy and then I could track down the issue on my dev site.

Another thing to check … hit the F12 key to bring up the IE dev tools. click the Console tab and then the Console button. That should list any errors on the site that IE detects while rendering the page. Maybe one of those errors will point you in a direction…
