There’s no inbuilt functionality to do this. A couple options is to limit the search field so it search only the Country/State fields. Another option you could create links that auto-magically filter by category Here are a few examples:

my-site.com/directory/country/US
my-site.com/directory/country/Germany
my-site.com/directory/country/France

The directory part of the URL would be the page of your directory.
The Country name will have to be exactly as it is in your entries.
