Looks like the zip file corrupted while being downloaded. I suggest down,loading it again from your Purchase History and try again.

Sometimes WordPress can not clean up after a failed install. You might have to delete the tile-plus folder, if it exists, in the plugins folder before you  can install again. You’ll know because it’ll give another error about the folder already existing.
