KeymasterI fixed the bug. Unfortunately that did not correct the issue. But, the good news I was able to track down the conflict with OceanWP. I made a tweak to the multi category search CSS drop down and it now shows correctly. You will have to force refresh your browser so the new updated CSS file is downloaded otherwise the browser will use the old locally cached version.
Apologies for the trouble!

ParticipantNo Apology necessary Steven, I imagine it is near impossible to make any plugin or template with every other plugin that might be out in the wild.
I’ve tested it now and it works great. To change the default text on the selectors i.e. State to County/State is that done in the Shortcodes of the multi category plugin?

KeymasterSorry, no, there is no shortcode option to change the default select text. However, you should be able to use the Say What? plugin.
Follow the instructions in this tutorial. Except you would use the
cn_multi_category_search
text domain instead.Since the admin access was still available I changed “Select a State” to “Select a Region” which you can use as example to chance them as you wish.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantHave left a good review on WP.org
I tried to change Name or Keyword using the Say What plugin and the same domain you used for your change of the State to Region but it did not change. I did edit the Region to County/State just to test and that worked. Has the Name or Keyword maybe got a different Domain?
