    Steve,

    After some thought the scope of work may present another concern – when the main directory page is redirected (after selection in the drop down box) to a new category page, the client will be stuck on that page with no way to return (and have the option to select from) the main directory category box. How can we avoid this?

    Above the shortcode on your category page, manually add a backlink to your main page. If you theme has button shortcodes, you could even make it a button.

    What I have in mind is is if cat ID n is being requested, then redirect to page ID n. So if cat ID n is not one of the “if’s” then it will not be redirected. So yes, categories not being redirected will still be filtered on the current main directory.

    I need the list of category ID/s that you want redirected and which page ID/s they should be redirected to.

    What the trick to view the pages on the site without them being redirected to your landing page? I’m guessing you might have an IP address filter???

    I’m not sure I understand your question. I am guessing you are being redirected to my Instapage landing page when you type in my URL. Correct? If so, I have turned that off now.

    Also, How do I pay you? I need the payee email address to pay you from my Paypal account.

    Correct… but it does not seem to be deactivated. I am still being redirected to the Instapage.

    I’ll send you a PayPal invoice when I’m done with the initial test snippet to ensure we’re both on the same page in regards to the desired functionality.

    I reverified with my host and rechecked the site and I can access my URL without redirection to Instapage.

    Currently, I am generating the initial category ID/s that I want redirected and which page ID/s. I’ll get that to you shortly.

    hmmm… I still get redirected to Instapage. Perhaps it is aDNS settings that needs to propagate… I’ll give it some time.

    I’m curious the redirect is off.

    Have you tried getting to my website through WP Admin?

    If not, I’ll log out and please let me know it this works.
