Which application are testing the importing of the vCard? Have you opened the vCard up in a plain text editor to verify that the line two is missing?
I’ve just triple checked, line two is in the vCard. I did a test import in Gmail contacts and it was imported as expected.
If you open up the vCard in a text editor and line two is in the file, the vCard is fine. The issue is that the app does not fully support the vCard spec. Which is actually quite common.
