I get a browser error when I try to make a purchase. How can I fix it?

If you receive the following error when trying to make the purchase:

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

Please try clearing your browser cookies or try to make the purchase using a private browsing window.

This error seems to be caused by a corrupt cookie set by PayPal.

    Hi there,
    I have tried purchasing this several times with no response. Each time I try and register and pay it doesn’t work BUT says that my email address and username has already been taken so I have had to try new ones.

    I would like to be able to buy your product ASAP so any help would be much appreciated.
