Both Connections and the Mysitemyway inFocus theme both use a jQuery image preloader function but they function completely differently and so they are incompatible.

Currently Connections does not support a default image when no image has been uploaded. This is a feature that will be implemented in a future version. But if you need this now, you can easily add a default image by adding a simple CSS statement to your theme’s custom CSS area if it has one. …
